JILL BANNON is our resident HOLISTIC HABIT & WELLNESS EXPERT at Life Coach Club!  Prior to becoming a professional Coach, Jill was a hairstylist and was known by her clients for having a compassionate, listening ear.  Because her clients garnered so much trust and esteem from her ability to see and hear them beyond the amazing styles she offered, they would tell her all the things…which means that she can handle all of the issues that coaching clients come to her with!

The fulfillment that she felt in accessing that compassionate, caring part of herself led her to switch gears and pursue a career in the professional coaching space.  Not only did she do the work to achieve a formal Life and Weight Coach certification, she earned a formal accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, the leading authority in the coaching industry for setting standards of care and ethics.  On top of that, Jill also holds a Neuro-Linguistics Programming Master Coach Certification, which means that’s she’s one of the best out there in helping her clients achieve sustained change by mapping out mental, emotional, and behavioral states and their corresponding aspirations.  

When she isn’t coaching Jill is seeking adventure with her husband and their two rescue dogs, and makes it a priority to get out of the door to hike, run or play tennis often.  Because of the gains she’s achieved in her own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing as a result of being so active, she loves helping folks build a do-able plan to move daily for themselves as well!  That said, she’s not willing to give up chocolate or Netflix since she whole-heartedly believes in the power of balance in creating sustainable change, and absolutely helps her clients build in their respective “non-negotiables” into their habit and wellness work as well!

Jill’s coaching philosophy encompasses consistency over intensity, allowing her clients to let go of the overwhelm so that they can live more fully by spending their time on what matters most.  There is no all-or-nothing thinking in her habit change approach; she fundamentally believes that trying to “do it all, all the time” only serves to create overwhelm for most people and tends to set folks up for failure by creating unrealistic expectations.  Her approach is to begin with small, achievable steps that align realistically with her client’s schedules so that they can collect “wins,” gain momentum, and achieve confidence in their capacity to effect positive change for themselves.  The success her clients have achieved throughout her career as a HOLISTIC HABIT & WELLNESS EXPERT proves that small, achievable steps create the most impactful sustained change.  Period.
