ADRIENNE EASON is our resident SELF-COMPASSION & PARENTING EXPERT at Life Coach Club! She obtained her Masters in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Behavioral Studies from Saint Leo University, a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Music from Florida Southern College, and achieved a Certificate of Appreciation and Certificate of Recognition from Maine State Prison for compassionate response in a time of crisis, and improving the quality of services for patients.

Originally from Florida, Adrienne is currently living in Tennessee with her husband and two little ones. She enjoys quality time with family and friends, discovering new music, game nights, watching mystery shows on Netflix, and openly discussing anything and everything Harry Potter. If you were wondering, she is indeed a Hufflepuff.

Throughout her career, Adrienne has worked with individuals ranging in age from 10-75 and in various capacities, including corrections, higher education, and youth development; all leading to this moment of becoming a Life Coach. The foundation of her coaching philosophy is based on a quote by Sophia Bush that states, “You are allowed to be a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously.” Whatever stage of life a client may be in, this quote rings true.

Through personal experience with mental health struggles such as anxiety, postpartum depression, and grief; Adrienne has also sought counseling to grow as a person, a woman, a wife, and now most importantly, a mom. Her journey in learning about motherhood does not by any means make her an expert in parenting, however, she believes that she is able to provide a level of guidance and perspective for other parents on similar paths and to help them obtain the skills necessary to better themselves as people and as parents. Adrienne’s primary goal for herself and her clients is to reach a deeper level of self-compassion and empathy.
